A site inspection may identify lead and/or galvanized piping (or other hazards) in a structure. Water may also be tested to determine if there is lead in the water. Residential Plumbing Safety & Water Quality Inspections starting at $175, The base inspection fee is for homes 2500 square feet or less on a slab or basement. Crawlspaces maybe additional.

CONSULTING & PLANNING

Identified Hazards need to be prioritized. Many times total replacement/repair of hazards is cost prohibitive or not practical due to planned/required remodeling. We will provide information so that the owner may choose where to begin and which stages to be completed first.

Replacement & Repairs

We will provide a detailed proposal to replace footage of pipe, fittings, fixtures as needed. We can also schedule the project to reduce interference with your daily life.
